Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Pricing Strategy Development:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing aligns with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Regularly review and adjust pricing models based on performance metrics and market dynamics.

Pricing Analysis and Optimization:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of pricing data to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
  • Utilize pricing software and tools to simulate pricing scenarios and evaluate potential outcomes.
  • Implement pricing adjustments based on analysis findings while considering competitive positioning and profitability.

Scheduler Management:

  • Develop and maintain efficient scheduling processes to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with various departments to create production schedules that meet customer demands and organizational goals.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and make real-time adjustments to optimize workflow efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align pricing and scheduling strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate pricing and scheduling updates effectively across departments to ensure alignment and awareness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or challenges related to pricing or scheduling.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and scheduling data in relevant systems and databases.
  • Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track pricing effectiveness, scheduling efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, strategy development, and scheduling management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using pricing software, scheduling tools, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DOD proposals, DCAA, and JTR.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess effective organizational skills and leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
  • Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely proficient with production planning systems, such as Microsoft Projects.
  • Possess financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make sound business decision based on data and statistics.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
