At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges
between $104,000 - $128,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.
Safety Training and Education
* Conducts new hire safety orientation training.
* Facilitates compliance-based and job-specific safety training.
* Conducts train-the-trainer courses for monthly safety training topics and
periodically audits and provides feedback on the departmental delivery of the
training.
* Creates and/or modifies safety training curriculum so that it is
site-specific for maximum impact.
