Job Description:
Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in Hancock, MN.
From: 02/01/2024 to 12/01/2024
Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.- Sat. 8hrs./day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.
Effective January 1st, 2024, Employers ust provide each employee in Minnesota (1) hour of paid safe and sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to atleast 48 hours each year.

NOTE:

JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. No minimum education required.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
