Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with tools development and software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Knowledge or experience in designing test tools, fixtures and frameworks utilizing one of the following: third-party instruments, data pipelines.
- Familiarity with product development/engineering lifecycles.
- Proficient programming skills in one of the following: Python, C++, Java/Kotlin, Golang.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s software and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.
Responsibilities
- Work with talented software engineers and leads to innovate and forward work to empowered features on Pixel.
- Develop and maintain scalable, objective, trusted full stack systems needed to support business and testing functions.
- Use data-driven methodologies to iterate and measure fast, understand and support when we need to pivot to ensure we achieve maximal focus towards improving the business.
