Job Description:
Cobblestone Container and Disposal Services is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver Class A or B (Minimum Class B) to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for delivering/hauling roll off dumpsters to their designated locations.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with local, state, and federal transportation and traffic laws, regulations and protocols.
Safely transport goods (dumpsters) to designated locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
Ensure all necessary documentation, such as logs, tickets, etc. are completed accurately.
Ability to maintain cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the vehicle.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members.
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class A or B Minimum Class B) with clean driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading or tarping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
