Learning Outcomes 
Students will: 
·       Gain proficiency in designing and delivering training programs by conducting monthly sessions based on the National Association of Colleges and Employers. 
·       Learn efficient event management strategies through hands-on planning and execution. 
·       Demonstrate effective communication skills through interactions with students, faculty, staff, and community members. 
·       Develop transferable leadership skills in the areas of time management, effective written and oral communication, budget management, group facilitation, peer education, and large scale management. 
 
Programming Responsibilities
·       Plan and execute monthly training workshops for student employees, focusing on NACE competencies. 
·       Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of major campus events (timelines, vendors, logistics, event day operations)
·       Collaborate with other departments, student organizations, and external partners to enhance program offerings. 
·       Assist in the development of communication plans for Signature events i.e: Newsletters, CRM management, V Link. 
·       Co-Lead post event recap meetings with stakeholders. 
 
Administrative Responsibilities
·       Manages When2Work platform for all Event Staff and Vaquero Event Experience Promotion Squad (VEEPS). 
·       Coordinates campus outreach presentations and engagement efforts for VEEPS with student organizations and courses. 
·       Assist in the oversight of the student activities email.
·       Attend weekly one on one meetings with Activities coordinator. 
·       Attend weekly Team Meetings 
·       Other duties as assigned.
