Posting Summary | The Assistant Director of Inclusion Excellence within the Department of Residential Life provides strategic leadership to advance inclusion and belonging initiatives across the department aligning them with the University’s Inclusive Excellence Action Plan. Lead community engagement efforts, collaborating with campus partners, assessing inclusion and belonging programs, and supporting marginalized student populations. Provide supervision for the STEM Scholars Program, aligning it with broader institutional goals, and serves as a resource and advocate for students and staff. Contribute to University-wide committees, fostering inclusive excellence and driving improvements to the climate in our residence halls, home to 6200 residential students. |
