JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Procurement Administrator is a critical member of the construction team and will be responsible for purchasing the FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) for DeNovos, Relocations, Expansions, and Acquisition projects as required. This position requires advanced time management skills, problem solving skills, excellent customer service, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple project timelines. This position maintains a positive working relationship with our Suppliers/Vendors along with multiple departments within DaVita.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.
-Place purchase orders, follow up, track and/or expedite to ensure deliveries meet targeted operation dates
-Keep dashboard/database current
-Maintain open communication with Project Managers via phone, email, text
-Build and develop positive working relationships with the team, teammates and vendors
-Attend and actively participate in Project Roadmap calls
-Frequent communication with vendors via phone and email to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery dates
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
-Help implement department process improvements
- Support, provide guidance, and educate teammates on current processes and procedures, as well as on-going changes
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:
*Work overtime with little or no notice as needed
*Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed
*Participate in company meetings and conference calls as required
*Assist with coverage during staffing shortages and leaves of absence
*Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
*Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position
*Occasional travel for team meetings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
Associates or Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Purchasing/Buying
Working knowledge of Oracle iProcurement, Coupa, or Purchasing systems/applications strongly preferred
Basic knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary/ Wage Range
$20.43-$30.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
