CLA is looking to hire a Senior Business Applications Analyst to join our growing Internal IT team.
About the role:
As a Senior Business Applications Analyst, you will:
The Sr. Business Application Analyst participates in business technology projects by assisting in planning, software testing and collaborating with other technology services teams. The Sr. Business Application Analyst will also assist with Level II incident tickets in a timely manner. The analyst will also support and assist in the development of automating business processes and implementing new software applications.
Essential Job Functions
Provide support for CLA's technologies and various applications
Assist with testing a variety of applications and processes
Assist with internal automation projects
Work with various teams on firm projects as required
Facilitate resolution of 2nd level tickets and requests
Troubleshooting Mobile Applications
Assist with CLA projects and acquisitions
This position requires some overnight travel
Participate in a on-call rotation
What you will need:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in an area of application support, Service Desk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or combination of experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree
Technical Competencies:
High Level trouble shooting Microsoft Teams issues
High Level trouble shooting Windows 10
High Level with configuring VPN clients
High Level trouble shooting applications in Citrix
High Level M365 product knowledge
High Level trouble shooting mobile apps
