The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Office of Inspector General, Compliance Bureau.
This position is responsible for surveying health care centers with Medicare and Medicaid to assure compliance with federal regulations. Compliance with federal regulations allows the facility to bill Medicare and Medicaid for services rendered. Responsibilities include determining if care, treatment, and services are consistent with Federal requirements; communicating non-compliance issues with key personnel; conducting follow-up visits to resolve deficient practices.
