Job Description

 
Diocesan Coordinator - Facilities Manager for Wadhams Hall. The Diocese is seeking a Facilities Manager for Wadhams Hall. The Facilities Manager, mindful of the Wadhams Hall mission, is responsible for all aspects of building operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, building utilities, building security and site safety. This position is also responsible for scheduling and facilitating usage of the facility by outside groups and will supervise all employees working at Wadhams Hall. An Associate Degree with 5 years experience in business management is required. Experience with building maintenance, personnel management and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel is also required. Salary: $43,900 - $53,500.
