Position Summary | The Senior Counselor, BIPOC Specialist must have a strong interest in meeting the mental health needs of historically underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. They also must be able to provide culturally responsive clinical, consultative, and outreach services and training opportunities. As a Senior Counselor, the responsibilities include:
