Job Description

- Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.

- Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.

- Performs program staffing capacity analysis.

- Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.

- Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.

- Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.

- Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.

- Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.

- Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Production Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 4 -- 9 years of experience in an engineering classification

- 2 years of Aerospace industry and Manufacturing environment experience

- Travel occassionaly, approximately once per quarter.

- Updating all projects in Excel (Macros)

- SAP -- for buying parts

- Lab Track -- BOEINGS tool for tracking parts

- Tracking and project organization

- Manufacturing and supply chain --

- This is across multiple parts of Blue Orgin -- manufacturing (tracking updates on parts that are being created) -Lab track (Boeing version)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft Power BI (if they have made a simple dashboard / not 100% required)
