Required Skills: | Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of CNC programming, including experience with Fanuc controls - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings |
Preferred Skills: | Experience with lathe operations and programming is preferred - Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers - Solid understanding of mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices - Familiarity with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) - Mechanical knowledge of machining processes and equipment. |

Job Description: |
Responsibilities: - Develop and write CNC programs for various machining operations - Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts - Perform quality control checks using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other inspection tools - Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines and programs - Maintain accurate documentation of programming and machining processes
Skills: - Proficient in CNC programming, particularly with Fanuc controls - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements - Excellent mathematical skills for calculations and problem-solving - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency - Familiarity with GD&T for accurate interpretation of engineering drawings - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues
