ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Your duties include but are not limited on researching production and logistics techniques, testing new systems for efficiency and planning factory layouts to optimize production. You will cooperates directly with Production, Quality and Planning Dpt to support in improvement process and in results reaching.

The Manufacturing Engineer uses its knowledge of science and mathematics to analyze manufacturing costs and KPIs searching for opportunities for improvement and elaborating business case studies.

You also develop relationships with the other Regions and Departments, participating in the benchmarks.

Here some responsibilities you will have:

• Analyze Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation, flows) and identify opportunities to improve

• Analyze process parameters, manage chemical and physical analysis on production steps in order to identify product characteristics and behavior

• Manage DOE and testing plan in order to improve process parameters setting

• Problem solving activities and solution identification and implementation on topic related to safety and quality improvement, cost and lead time reduction

• Managing of economics and elaboration of business cases

• Process standardization and optimization

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You have a Degree in Engineering

  • You have at least 1 year of experience

  • You are a team work oriented

  • You are capable to work under pressure and timely delivering task

  • You are oriented to digitalization and information technologies

  • You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
