Required Skills:
• High school graduate or equivalent plus 2 years of lending and/or sales experience essential.
• Aptitude with figures and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite essential.
• Above average ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others, including exhibiting a courteous, conscientious and generally businesslike manner in the workplace.

Job Description:
TopLine is looking for a new full time Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to join our team in the Maple Grove location!

Consumer Lending Sales Specialist are responsible for establishing and/or strengthening member relationships by providing information on credit union services, via outbound/inbound calls and online channels. Identify and act on cross-sales and referral opportunities. Promotes and participates in a sales and service culture which endorses TopLine's mission of exceeding member expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Serves members via phone, in person or email, by providing credit union information while utilizing sales and member service skills to promote the products and services which will enhance the members’ financial position.
• Cross-sell all credit union services to qualified members whenever possible. Seeks to attain established goals on key products as assigned on a monthly basis and consistently achieves established levels of position expectations.
• Maintains knowledge and adheres to policies and procedures of TopLine products and services as they relate to the position, including: membership qualifications, account information, negotiable instruments, endorsements, consumer lending, leasing, credit card accounts, including legal documentation, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Ensures that all applications are complete and contain all necessary documentation. Submits loan application for decisioning, following established guidelines and procedures. Communicates loan decisions, including applicable counter offers, to members in a positive, professional and timely manner.
• Provide top notch customer service to our members by providing a warm, friendly face and delivering personal service to meet each member’s individual needs.
