Job Description:
HealthPartners is currently hiring for a Senior Consultant - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. This role is vital in advancing HealthPartners' commitment to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture. The consultant collaborates with leadership, colleagues, and external partners to drive cultural transformation to ensure that our organization reflects the communities we serve.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles
Deep knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and cultural competence.
Strong facilitation skills
Hours/Location:
M-F: Days
May work remotely but will prefer local/regional candidates for occasional onsite meetings.
Accountabilities:
Provide consultation to senior leadership to improve workplace culture, develop capabilities, and build engagement around the enterprise's DEIB priorities, initiatives, and goals.
Support current and grow new Colleague Resource Groups by providing guidance and resources to help these groups thrive.
Lead the development and design of core DEI trainings delivering best in class learning experiences that increases awareness, understanding and practicing of inclusive behaviors.
Collect, analyze, and report on diversity metrics to identify solutions for impacted demographics.
Collaborate with strategic partners to influence equitable policies, processes, and practices using equity framework.
