We are looking for:


We are currently looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the following regions: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Israel and Greece. The candidate will manage this sales territory: he will execute the sales function within the assigned area of responsibility and exceed customer expectations for service and support.

We count on you for:

  • Draw-up and implement an annual sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Achieve budgeted volumes, revenues and margins.
  • Develop and successfully implement sales account plans in line with our strategy.
  • Practice value-selling techniques for maximizing profitability for the business.
  • Promote actively our patented products and support product launch throughout the territory.
  • Identify, request, follow up and close customer projects at accounts through active coordination with relevant departments.
  • Identify and develop new customers in key market segments or new markets.
  • Provide market intelligence, call/trade reports, resources for project team trials and NPI activities.
  • Promote new technologies to end users and market segment associations.
  • Work with supply chain (and other local supporting functions) via providing an accurate sales forecast to allow them to meet business needs.

You will bring:

  • University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the polymer industry is preferred, a good knowledge of the agricultural market is a surplus.
  • Motivated person that is self-reliant and results oriented
  • Min. 5 years of sales experience in service and technology oriënted industries.
  • Strong interpersonal/sales background coupled with an understanding of the sales process and selling excellence methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in solving commercial and technical problems with customers.
  • Good project management and organization skills
  • Languages: English is a must. Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (and / or) is a plus
