The Director of Business Operations is responsible for establishing and
augmenting the business processes, systems and tools used to efficiently
achieve the overarching business objectives of ENA Renewables business unit in
a context of a strong development growth plan with a goal to install each year
between 1 GW and 1.5 GW of Wind, Solar and Battery Storage renewable energy
projects.
The Director of Business Operations will also apply internal and external
resources to establish controlling mechanisms to ensure there is appropriate
alignment of the various functional groups that support a project during its
lifecycle. The primary objective will be to account for project risks and
viability, oversee development and CAPEX budgeting processes, spending
variances, project scheduling process and lead the continuous improvement
program of our organization including the development and deployment of new IT
tools and system produced in house or provided by third parties. This position
will also be the business unit's primary focal point for all significant
initiatives requiring engagement and coordination with ENGIE corporate support
functions including: Accounting, Financial Planning, Human Resources,
Information Technology, Legal, Real Estate, Procurement, and others as
