We are a residential school dedicated to supporting children with various physical and cognitive abilities, and we are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join us.

Our team provides a range of services, including physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy, as well as low vision, nursing, behavioral health, educational, and residential services. Basic Duties:
Assist our on-site Physical Therapist in providing both direct and consultative physical therapy services, following each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or physical therapy evaluation.
Maintain accurate written documentation for all treatments provided.
Communicate professionally and provide guidance to team members, ensuring that established goals and skill development strategies are carried over effectively.
Participate in the IEP process and engage in professional communication during meetings with families and external agencies, as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time, 32 hours/week

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License.
Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Current Massachusetts license as a Physical Therapist Assistant issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
Ability to pass a Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) check.
