What You'll Do

As a Mechanical Project Engineer at Park Industries, you'll embark on a journey marked by innovation, ingenuity, and technical ability. Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading all technical facets of projects, collaborating with diverse teams to craft designs that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, ensuring our products maintain their edge in the market.
Taking charge of mechanical design and analysis, diving into the intricate details of machine structures, gearboxes, rails, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics to engineer solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
Managing project schedules, product costs, budgets, and other critical metrics with finesse, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and objectives.
Cultivating an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation through well-orchestrated concept and design reviews, welcoming input from all stakeholders to fuel collective creativity.
Providing support and expertise to customer service, field installation, and sales teams, promptly resolving any customer issues that arise.


As a Mechanical Project Engineer at Park Industries, you'll maintain standard business hours, Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance remote work with onsite presence at our St. Cloud, MN office, ensuring flexibility and connection with our dynamic team.

What We're Looking For
To excel in our Mechanical Project Engineer role, you'll need:

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in design and engineering, with at least 2 years in project leadership.
Proficiency in analysis and root cause investigation tools, including simulations, FEA, free-body diagrams, DFMEA, and 8D methodologies (preferred).
Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in CNC or robotic equipment design (preferred).
