As a Process Improvement Analyst II, you are responsible for implementing
and developing a lean culture across the organization and supporting process
improvement initiatives that result in improved process efficiency and
profitability through the reduction of waste activities. Your role includes
monitoring and observes existing and new processes for improvement
opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean
problem-solving methodologies, tracking and reporting progress of
improvements against established key performance indicators and metrics, and
working closely with organization leadership across all functions to determine
expected results and prioritize improvement efforts.
