About this role:
Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for processing and generating return and analysis records into Boston Scientific complaint management system. This position may perform routine visual inspection, testing for returned products. The position is also responsible for the appropriate physical and IS routing of the product.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create/maintain accurate data entry into complaint management system for inspected returned product.
May be responsible for SAP transactions and correct SAP error log reports.
Perform routine laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures for returned products. Document analysis findings into complaint management system.
May be responsible for product decontamination and routing products to Complaint Investigation Site lab.
May be responsible for maintaining Product analysis text and codes to reflect analysis performed at another facility.
Maintain return paperwork ensuring it is properly electronically and/or physically stored.
Documented product is packaged routed in a timely manner to Boston Scientific or OEM location.
Respond to internal and external customer queries concerning product location or credit.
Actively interface with other Boston Scientific departments to corroborate special needs or procedure changes for product processing.
Provides work guidance to entry and intermediate assistants.
