Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site role with a minimum of 40 hours per week, working in our Stoneham, MA office Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll manage high call volumes, act as a liaison between our services and customers, and ensure smooth scheduling and problem resolution. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, willing to train across departments and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While knowledge of HVAC is beneficial, it is not required as we provide training to get you up to speed.
What You'll Do:
· Engage with new customers, offering them a great first impression of our services.
· Ensure satisfaction through follow-ups and proactive communication.
· Identify additional service opportunities for customers.
· Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
· Maintain accurate records in our customer database.
· Assist with administrative tasks to support operations management.
· Generate sales leads and conduct cold calls for potential business.
· Support branding efforts by managing our staff's clothing stock.
· Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication.
· Handle complaints with care, providing timely and effective resolutions.
· Log leads generated through our marketing department.
What We're Looking For:

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SAGE, Operix and dispatch systems is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:
· The ability to sit for extended periods and frequently reach with hands and arms.
· Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities for close-up tasks, including but not limited to using a computer.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 hours minimum
