Starting rate of pay will be $25 - $32/hour DOE!
Shift will be Monday - Friday from 6am to 2:30pm!
Perform preventive maintenance procedures on all facilities and facilities
equipment in regards but not limited to electrical, mechanical industrial
and commercial refrigeration systems. Candidate will work with
electromechanical technician to quickly diagnose problems and prevent
excessive down time throughout all plant operations. Candidate is expected to
help direct, train, and support the maintenance mechanic positions.
Essential Duties:
Observes and listens to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine
malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
Dismantles machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove
defective part.
Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces parts.
Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
Trouble shoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance including
mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and high-pressure air systems,
including boilers and RO units.
Troubleshoots and repairs industrial and commercial HVAC systems including but
not limited to AC Roof-top package units, Ice Machines, Evaporative
Coolers, and exhaust fans.
