Job Description

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, language, science, and physical education
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and organize activities that stimulate cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Proficiency in creating a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and social interaction
