American Federal Bank is actively seeking a self-motivated and relational team player to join its Ada Sales Office. This full-time benefited position is an integral part of the Sales Office support and service team, is customer service focused and provides a wide range of teller-type duties.



Essential Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service
Build long-term, personal relationships to meet client needs
Complete deposit, loan, and cash-handling transactions
Solutions focused in assisting clients with questions and resolving problems as they arise
Identify sales opportunities and referrals to Sales Bankers and Registered Representatives
Support and service of consumer and business relationships
Maintain operational accuracy and compliance within established bank policies and procedures and applicable governmental regulatory laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
