Job Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glass, silverware, cooking utensils etc. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is a clean and sanitary facility.    

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils.
- Carry clean dishes to designated areas, organizing appropriately
- Change dishwater as needed
- Wash pots and pans by hand
- Set up or breakdown dish area
- Sweep and mop floors in back of house area

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous dishwashing experience a plus
- Physical: Able to lift at least 30lbs
