Position Summary
This position involves various manual tasks including, but not limited to,
the following: pressure washing, cleaning; sweeping; lifting,
organizing, moving repair parts, snow removal, empty trash cans, some
yard maintenance and unloading deliveries. Willingness to operate forklift a
small loader or skid steer as needed for cleanup around the shop.
Responsibilities
* Ensures a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and
procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
* Performs a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in repair
projects
* Assists in keeping the maintenance shop free of debris or safety hazards.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Must be safety-oriented and exhibit safe work habits
* Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
* Perform well in a "TEAM" environment
