JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description As the Human Resources Coordinator you
will provide overall administrative support to the Human Resources
Office including general administration regarding associate relations,
talent acquisition, benefits, training and development, legal
compliance, and other human resource issues. Built in 1893, The Pfister
Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of
the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a
grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister
Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive
years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America
to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the
Diamond Rating program in 1976. What you\'ll be doing: \* Greeting and
assisting all visitors to the Human Resources office. \* Coordinate
People Pleaser of the Month receptions, collect nominations, send
invitations, and order the awards \* Coordinates all new hire paperwork
\* Maintain New Hire Pipeline \* Assists in preparation of all associate
events (including associate recognition events, holiday parties,
associate meetings, etc.). \* Maintain department files and filing
systems \* Sends all monthly Birthday and Anniversary cards/calendars \*
Assists with preparation of training classes. \* Respond to all
unemployment requests \* Assist with special projects, trainings, and
hotel events as needed \* Assist associates with general HR questions \*
Coordinating hourly annual performance appraisal processes \* Assists
with reviewing and screening all applicants across all job boards. \*
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested. \* Coordination of the
Termination process and ensure any other off-boarding procedures are
completed. \* Perform any miscellaneous duties as assigned What you\'ll
need: \* Associates Degree in Human Resources or any other business or
communication related major \* Four Year Degree in Human Resources
Management or any other business related major preferred \* Prior
experience in Human Resources, Hospitality or Customer Service fields \*
Ability to work independently with high level of confidence \* High
degree of organization and motivation \* English/Spanish bilingual
