The Team Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the day to day workflow of the Home Health team driven through HCHB tasks and direction from the clinical supervisor. This will include successful management of scheduling, quality & compliance, the Lifespark Experience, and financial performance related to productivity and clinical expense.
Qualifications
At least three years of experience in Home Health scheduling or customer service preferred.
At least 18 years of age and is a high school graduate or equivalent.
Associate's degree preferred.
Verification of COVID vaccine status or receiving an approved exemption.
