Sump and test the fuel for particles. Fuel aircraft in accordance with Black Hills Helicopter SOPs. Help pilots move helicopters in and out of the hangar safely. Insure helicopters tie downs are secure. Load/unload passengers. Assist pilots with aircraft pre and post flight duties. Top off fuel trucks and fuel carts. Assist other departments as required including facility cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Provide basic security to people and property at the heliport. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner. Follow oral and written directions and maintain good working relationships with coworkers. Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including but not limited to: facility cleaning, vehicle washing, aircraft cleaning and vacuuming. Ability to work without direct management supervision.
