JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a Project Engineer at our
Rhinelander, WI office. You will have the opportunity to see, and
contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects

make a difference. Responsibilities The work you will do Project
management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
Client relations including council meetings with clients Design of
municipal infrastructure projects Assist with mentoring junior
engineering staff Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and
bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory
permits for projects Development of project funding packages with
assistance from funding staff \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education &
Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering required Minimum of
5 years of civil engineering experience including general municipal and
design and construction is required The ideal candidate will have 8 or
more years of prior experience PE license required, WI PE preferred
Previous client liaison and project management experience or a desire to
step into that role is required Solid written and verbal communication
skills Desire to work in a consulting environment This position requires
you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
