Job Description:
Pro Staff is seeking new talent in Alexandria, MN! We are hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity. If you are ready for the career development opportunities you have been working hard for, apply today!
Pay: $24.25 per hour + $2 shift differential
Night Shift | 8 PM - 8 AM | Rotating every other weekend
Training will take place for 2 weeks (Monday - Friday) on the day shift.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Background in microbiology or food science
Knowledge of aseptic systems, processes, and practices
Must be able to work flexible hours
Certifications related to food manufacturing
Quality Assurance Technician tasks include directing quality assurance programs, performing testing of the quality of products/packages, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring raw materials are in compliance with company requirements, reviewing processing records, communicating lab data to operators and supervisors, performing pH checks on pre and post-processed products, and resolving basic to moderate operating difficulties involving area equipment.
