Goal of the contractor position:
Contractor will be supporting the execution of project and program management activities for the “Fixtures and Finishes” asset management team within COMPANY Properties. Projects will include both proactive and reactive asset replacements, performed by internal and external partners. Core functions will include: project and vendor management, prompt and thorough issue resolution, reviewing and ordering materials, knowledge resource maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

• 60% project and/or vendor management
• 20% ordering materials
• 15% data and knowledge resource maintenance/reporting
• 5% ad hoc support

Smartsheet, SAP, SharePoint, Maximo, Viva Engage, Excel, FM Survey/Clavule

ASSIGNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides project and vendor management throughout project lifecycle process
• Collects and submits purchase orders for vendor labor and materials
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, and meet business requirements
• Prompt and thorough issue resolution
• Processes repair requests, collaborating with partners as needed to validate scope
• Serve as the liaison between headquarters and the field and vendor teams
• Maintains field-facing knowledge resources
• Coordinates communication plan, risks and issues
• Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Identifies and quantifies risks and variances
• Financial awareness with Expense and Capital goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• 1-3 years experience with project implementation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for self and others
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong collaborative nature
