Job Description
- Direct and coordinate overall operations of Restaurant;
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents for quality and quantity of products;
- Establish customer service protocol for restaurant and ensure staff compliance;
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and services;
- Monitor budgets and payroll records, review financial transactions of Restaurant business, and monitor compliance with health and fire regulations;
- Maintain close contact with customers and inform them of Restaurant’s specialties and features to provide quality service;
