growing, 90 seat restaurant with aspirations to better things yet. And,
it's in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, an awesome place to live and work.
We are a scratch kitchen. Our menu is ingredient-driven menu with a focus on
the seasonal and artisanal
Our staff is tight. We've consistently ranked at the top for our food in the
mountains of Colorado (for what that's worth).
We're seeking talented and motivated line chefs.
Minimum of two years experience, but willing to train the right person for
the job.
Night time and weekend availability is required.
Hourly wage, DOE, ranging from $15-18/hr
The Pullman is part of a small restaurant group in a posture of prudent
expansion with bigger and better leadership positions possible for the right
individual.
