MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Park Towers is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Maintenance Technician for a 180 unit senior apartment complex in Rochester, MN.
Position is full-time and includes benefits.
JOB FUNCTION:
•Preventative Maintenance
•Grounds & Snow Removal Maintenance
•Prepare apartments for new tenants
•Install, troubleshoot and repair building equipment according to safety regulations
•Additional duties as requested
