Job Description:
Position Summary

We are seeking a proficient Welder to contribute to our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components with precision, ensuring that the final product meets our quality and safety standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent welding skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: M-F 5AM - 1PM

M-Th 1PM - 11PM. Earn a shift differential of $3/hr on top of your hourly rate!

Duties and Responsibilities

Welding: Perform various welding tasks to join metal parts and components accurately.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure the proper alignment and welding of components.
Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and measuring as necessary to ensure the highest quality welds.
Quality Control: Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate protective gear and maintaining equipment in good condition.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as fabricators and supervisors, to ensure efficient production and product quality.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
