STNAs & Home Health Aides work one-on-one with clients in their homes. Staff must be free from medical restrictions & able to bend, twist, & lift up to 50 lbs. Aides are required to provide most clients with personal care assistance, ADLs & IADLs, light housekeeping, meal preparation, occasional errands/grocery shopping, etc. Each case is unique & different.
