Are you passionate about fostering the growth and development of children? Kids Country Child Care and Learning Center is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our exceptional team. This is a full-time, float, and opening position with the opportunity for career advancement to Lead Teacher!

Your Responsibilities:
- Classroom Assistance: Assist in all classrooms, from infant through school age.
- Student Preparation: Help students prepare for success in the future.
- Guided Activities: Encourage growth and learning through activities, events, and outings.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside talented teachers in a supportive environment.
- Homework Help: Provide assistance to students with their studies.
- Creative Engagement: Lead gym activities, science experiments, special interest groups, arts and crafts.

Kids Country Child Care and Learning Center is a value-guided facility catering to children aged 6 weeks to 11 years. With separate classrooms, playgrounds, and programming for each age group, we ensure a personalized and enriching experience. Located on the scenic Country Manor Campus in Sartell, MN, our center boasts spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, providing ample opportunities for exploration and fun.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a child care center
- At least one year of full-time college credits in Education or a related field
- Outgoing personality and a passion for teaching
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and families

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, hours for this position are 5:45 am - 2:45 pm. (No weekends!)
