About the role
This position is responsible for maximizing the impact of our Self Care Innovation Big Bets across CMU’s. You'll be taking responsibility of product launces within our Selfcare business and will contribute towards some of the largest commercial impacts within the business.
- Maximize impact of our Big Bet Innovation through speed and scale of launch
- Project manage our Big Bet Innovation to ensure on time, to quality delivery.
- Co-ordinate CGO and CAP initiatives for one Global view.
This role works closely with our internal and external teams, including Artwork, Marketing and many more to pull together our product launches and ensure deadlines are met whilst having extremely strong relationships with our senior leadership team.
Your responsibilities
Overall
- Key partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of innovation on time and to quality
- key partner for the CAP teams in the delivery of innovation
Innovation Delivery
- Maximise the impact of our Innovation Big Bets across CMU's.
- Project manage all country launches following lead market launch to ensure max commercial impact per market and in totality for each big bet.
- Lead the coordination of Project Management, Supply Project Management and Activity management to execute Brand House masterplans with excellence.
- Commercial Risk Management: Anticipate risk, Mitigate risks, Raise awareness of risks and LT support needed.
Artwork
- Lead Artwork Managers to ensure on-time artwork delivery to printers
Process Improvement
- Continuous improvement to launch process and act as system process owner, driving continuous improvement.
The experience we're looking for
- Must have experience with leading product launches within consumer goods businesses
- Must be able to demonstrate strong marketing skills developed within the FMCG environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise.
- Strong understanding of how to evaluate and drive global impact and commercial scale for big bets.
- Must be able to demonstrate very strong skills in innovation development and delivery.
- Ability to work in matrix organization.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with markets with varying levels of portfolio and brand maturity.
