Maintenance Technician, you\'ll be a key player in keeping our

Paid Holidays What You\'ll Do \* Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform
predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed
production and packaging systems. \* Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose
and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems,
including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment. \* Collaborate for
Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup,
changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime. \* Embrace Continuous
Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure
analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements What We\'re Looking For: \* 2+ years of hands-on
maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production
preferred) \* Proficiency in English both in written and oral
communication \* Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and
automated systems, including robotic and PLC - controlled equipment. \*
Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems \*
