A large insurance company in the Cincinnati area is looking for a local IAM Engineer to join their security team. Their qualifications/responsibilities will include:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical details in an easy to understand manner
- Strong documentation practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for LDAP related problems with connections, invalid queries, etc.
- Experience in Development / scripting languages such as Javascript, Powershell, Python, and Perl.
- Strong security focus. Mindset and decisions from an Identity Management perspective based in Security best practices
- Familiarity with working in Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with configuring or working with software like Apache and Tomcat
- Base understanding of SQL databases (reading and writing SQL queries, connections, and schema)
- Base level of understanding and use of APIs

3-5 years related/identity and access management (IAM) engineer experience
Understand on how to install on Windows and Linux
IDAM solutions (Sailpoint, Savient, Ping, Microfocus)
Scripting Experience
