Your Role and Responsibilities
Este rol es responsable de numerosos elementos esenciales de la implementación de operaciones de ventas. Interactúa cuando es necesario en SMS y otras organizaciones de IBM (p.ej., F&P, HR, Marketing, BTIT, Business Operations y funciones S&ST tales como SRA, STH, Sales Transformation y Sales Strategy) para ejecutar las responsabilidades asignadas.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Given the magnitude and sensitivity of this mission which involves massive resource movement, knowledge transfer, and various operational complexities as well as the potential risks and exposure associated with it, it is imperative that we have this expertise and leadership onboard to ensure its smooth execution. This involvement will not only minimize operational risks but also bolster team morale and stability during this crucial period and whose leadership will help navigate any challenges we may encounter and ensure a smooth mission transfer.
