Job Description:
Our employee-owned and integrated team of multi-disciplined engineering, design, and planning professionals has an opportunity available for a Graduate Civil Engineer!
As a member of our team, you will work alongside multi-disciplined engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural), design, and planning professionals to design a variety of roadway and utility projects within the Twin Cities metro area and throughout the State of Minnesota.
This role is a mix of office and field work as you will become engaged in the full life cycle of projects from conception through construction.
We are seeking a professional who currently resides or plans to relocate within a regular commuting distance of our office in Saint Paul, MN.
Flexible work arrangements (3 days in office / 2 days remote per week).

Required Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
Previous experience or interest in Municipal / Utility or Transportation Engineering.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to apply effective verbal and written communication skills when writing specifications and reports, participating in project team discussions, and interacting with clients and contractors.

Advantageous Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience developing construction documentation for roadway design, utility, grading and drainage, and stormwater management projects.
Previous experience conducting on-site inspections and construction observations for municipal or transportation projects.
Engineer In Training Certification or interest in attaining within 6 months of start date.
Previous experience as a member of a multi-disciplined project team.
Upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
