Response System (HRS) Manager will lead collaborative work across local
governments and La Crosse County communities to achieve homelessness
\"functional zero\" in La Crosse County. The Manager will accomplish
this by leading the La Crosse County vision and strategy across all
phases and domains of the HRS to ensure a unified, integrated, and
effective approach. This will require ongoing coordination and
communication with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging
best-in-class practices, tools, and frameworks to achieve and sustain
desired outcomes. Salary Range: \$84,864 - \$109,137 Embrace this

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from an accredited college or
university with a master\'s degree in public administration, social

demonstrated competency in using vision and strategy to lead and oversee
the implementation of a new program within the organization and across
stakeholder groups to achieve integration into operations. May consider
other relevant combinations of education and experience that provide
