JOB REQUIREMENTS: \* Assists in developing and maintaining a library of
compliance resources utilizing resources of the Wisconsin Credit Union
League (WCUL), TruStage, National Credit Union \* Administration (NCUA),
and other regulatory bodies such as Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council (FFIEC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
(CFPB), and facilitating staff education. \* Completes compliance
packets, distributes to executive management, and takes minutes at
compliance committee meetings. Ensures all documentation is thorough and
accurate. \* Assists the Compliance Officer with maintaining document
retention requirements, compliance reviews, and projects. \* Coordinates
timely and accurate production of records pursuant to subpoenas and
other requests for documents from agencies such as law enforcement,
governmental regulatory agencies, law enforcement, and attorneys. \* Is
familiar with and adheres to all aspects and provisions of regulations
and policies as they pertain to the individual\'s assigned job duties.
\* Identifies areas of improvement by providing process improvement
recommendations and maintains up-to-date written procedures. \*\*\*\*\*
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: \* Associate\'s degree or a minimum
of 2 years related professional experience is preferred. \* Familiarity
with credit union rules and regulations. \* Previous experience with
financial institution compliance and audit is desirable but not
required. \* Ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide
variety of people on a daily basis. \* Must be bondable. \*\*\*\*\*
