Responsible for positioning FIS as an industry leader in our Regional &
Community Banking Growth Accounts, leveraging domain expertise,
knowledge of FIS solutions and their influence in the market.
Responsibilities include driving sales activities with executive level
interactions. Leveraging their network to identify opportunities and
work with the product teams on changing market requirements. Support the
sales team with insights into the sales motion and buying behaviour of
the client. Responsible for the full sales process from lead generation
to opportunity closure within assigned territory. What you will be
doing: Sales Engagement Drive sales of FIS products and solutions within
assigned territory. Products include any relevant banking and payment
solutions applicable for this market. Leverage technology made available
to sales team, including but not limited to CRM system. Manage and keep
accurate a quarterly and annual forecast. Develop and maintain C Level
relationships at banks through in person interactions. Business Strategy
Work with partners in our business units to ensure alignment across our
groups. Solutions Management Works very closely with the Sales Growth
Office (SGO) solutions managers Leverage internal FIS resources to help
