JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Wisconsin Alzheimer\'s Disease
Research Center (ADRC) () was established in 2009 and it is one of 33
National Institute on Aging (NIA)-designated Alzheimer\'s Disease
Research Centers across the United States. This position provides
essential support to the Data Management and Statistical Core (Core C)
of Wisconsin ADRC. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited
to: - Working with the National Alzheimer\'s Coordinating Center (NACC)
to build and manage Uniform Data Set (UDS) in REDCap and ensuring timely
and accurate data uploads to NACC\'s repository. - Creating and
maintaining programming scripts for data quality checks, data reports,
extracting data from the local database and uploading data to the
national database. - Conducting comprehensive data quality checks to
ensure accuracy and integrity across internal databases. - Addressing
ADRC data requests promptly and preparing data and reports to meet
internal and external researchers\' needs. - Maintaining and developing
data dictionaries and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent
data management practices. - Delivering staff training on database
system usage and maintaining training materials. In addition to
technical acumen, a successful applicant should be effective in
multi-project management, consistently adhere to project timelines,
demonstrate solid communication skills, and possess strong collaboration
skills. Responsibilities: Supports research by designing, programming,
and coding systems which will array data for reports and retrieval. 15%
Provides research methodology, database programming expertise, and
database management to support research 5% Assesses faculty, staff, and
student needs for research data retrieval and develops retrieval
mechanisms 20% Designs and develops a system of databases for research
data in a format suitable for analysis 15% Monitors research data
acquisition and conversion and conducts research data quality control
checks 10% Designs and distributes reports 25% Designs, develops, codes,
